Caramel Topped Apple Crumble Tart: It’s all in the title and the ingredients are totally harmonious. Not over sweet as you may think. Served cold or warmed.
Profiteroles: 6 choux pastry balls filled with fresh whipped cream. Served cold with warmed chocolate sauce and constructed into a stack with foaming cream.

Children’s Crazy Zoo Ice cream with Toy: A pot of vanilla ice cream topped with a chocolate egg containing a small toy. Adult supervision required for very small children.
