The Royal Oak Hawkeridge Limited will adhere to law and best practices, ensuring that all customers, staff and suppliers are shielded from Covid-19.

The premises, staff and operation has been fully assessed to reduce/ minimise the risk of transferring /catching the virus whilst on or in the premises.

We support the NHS COVID-19 track & trace app with a QR sinage at the entrance.

The premises has been fully deep cleaned / sanitised.

Staff have been trained along with new procedures.
Procedures that will effect the customer journey and experience.

Please follow staff guidance and advise to enjoy the Royal Oak safely.

Hand sanitiser will be offered upon arrival where you will be escorted to an available internal or external table.

Payment can be card, contactless, smart, web or cash.

Upon departure your table will be cleared and sanitised ready for the next guests.
The Royal Oak reserves the right to change or amend this policy without notice.

We appreciate the support and common sense of customers during these challenging times.

Whilst we will do our very best to make the entire experience an enjoyable and pleasant one, it is far to say that things will feel different until this becomes the "new norm".

We do and will support our staff with regards to inappropriate behavior or abuse.
